Shipping Ports:

Being a landlocked country, Mali do not have it’s own port so it shares the port from other country like, Mauritania (Port Nouakchott).

Left-Hand Drive Vehicles:

Importation of left hand drive vehicles are allowed in the country.

Documents Required:

  • Original Registration Card
  • Original Bill of Lading (OBL)
  • Non-sale Certificate
  • Purchase Invoice / Certificate of Value

Duties and Taxes:

  • If the motor vehicle is new, tax is 44percent of the Argus value + EUR 40.00 / year
  • If the motor is 10 years or older, tax is 44percent of the Argus value + 10 x 40 = EUR 400.00)
